There's a frustrating requirement for a hefty deposit that covers some basic housekeeping tasks like garbage disposal-definitely not a standard expectation. The noise level from other guests can be a bit much during the night, which could disrupt your sleep if you're a light sleeper. The hot water tended to run low during peak times, impacting the shower experience. It's also worth noting that complicated check-in processes can lead to some confusion, especially if you need assistance outside reception hours.

Hotel is clean and neat. The staff at reception are very friendly and informative. Proximity to the centre of the city is a big +. Comfortable for 2 adults + 2 children
The hotel is hard to find with no prominent signage. The area around looked bit 2nd class but we didn't had any problem. The sofa-cum-bed in the room is not very comfortable and can be little better.

Inadequate communication about the deposit surprised me!!! The check-in process was confusing and distant!!! I found the bathroom storage bleak, with a risk of items falling!!! Please improve policies on trash disposal!!! It left a bad taste.

We had an enjoyable stay in a long time. We liked the hotel, it was spectacular and great and had unbeatable location short walk to local market, beautiful Barcelona and the beach area. The staff was competent and everything was really good. The service was very good!

very kind and receptionists, good position, I do not realize how you can put four adult people in the apartment small as this, it was quite enough just for two of us. They clean, and change towels once a week, and if you stay just one week it could be unpleasant, but they were kind to change its in the middle of week.

I was nearly ready to give a good review, but the sofa bed was horrid and the pillows were flatter than a pancake. Why do i have to collect my garbage? I expected a complimentary welcome gift instead of this nonsense! Honestly, i don't know what they were thinking with their service.

Light, airy, good location. Comfortable beds, Fairly well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning. Nice, reasonably priced cafes and restaurants on the doorstep.
Was advertised as having sound proofing but it was in fact very noisy, mainly from other residents. Tiled stairs and landing made it almost impossible for people to walk quietly and to shut the doors you had to bang them and it echoed. No coffee pot or wine glasses and not enough cutlery or crockery to enable use of dishwasher.

It was a very comfortable and spacious room, with modern design, nicely set up, but very, very hard to find, especially by car. In the process of unloading, we had something stolen, so people should be careful. But the area didn't feel unsafe. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was nice to have a dishwasher in addition to being able to cook, and it is nice that the room looked out on this plaza that had lots of cafe tables as well as some trees. Made it feel more light and airy.
sounds do echo as there isn't any carpet and the stairwell is open. Still, this did not affect us at night.

Absolutely perfect locale. Close to a million restaurants, shops, city sights. Our TV didnt work and there was no spare it was fully booked. You need a wire if you need to connect to the internet. I took the airmac and sadly didnt have the converter to usb to access internet. We stayed in n151 which is a loft apartment with terrace access. If you are a large person you will have difficulties as the room is not massive nor is the bathroom. But it was a fantastic deal at less than 100 euros a night.

I stayed for a short trip and found the location convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. The kitchenette served me well. One highlight was receiving a free ticket to a museum, which I enjoyed. I appreciated the polite and helpful staff. The common terrace also provided a nice area to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

In week ends: no reception and the check in counter is in another hotel (15 min by taxi).
